Michael Kelly Wooldridge is married and has a son and two daughters. He graduated from Ole Main High School in North LIttle Rock. He received his BSBA from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and an MBA from Oklahoma City University. In 1995, he received his law degree from the University of Arkansas Little Rock School of Law.

He is a member of the Arkansas and Pulaski County Bar Association and the American and Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association.

He is a member of Saddle Creek Church in Little Rock.
