David moved from Jonesboro Arkansas to Little Rock in 1992. He graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy. In 2007 he received the degree of Juris Doctorate from the University Of Little Rock Bowen School Of Law with an emphasis in trial and appellate advocacy.

He has served as Assistant City Attorney for the city of Little Rock and as Special Prosecuting Attorney for the Sixth Judicial District.

David is a member of The American Bar Association, The Arkansas Bar Association, and The Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association.

Areas of practice include Criminal Defense, Civil Litigation, Appellate Practice, as well as Wills & Estate Planning.
